Bachata – Spanish style!

This workshop will focus on the style of Bachata danced in Madrid, with its three forms: closed frame, turn patterns and footwork. You will work with new leading techniques and focus on dancing footwork ideas in frame with your partner. The basic steps of Bachata footwork, such as crosses, double crosses and touches, will be covered in these workshops.

The workshop instructors, Jose Luis Camean and May Carreras Riera, have danced and taught Bachata in Spain over the last ten years. They are very excited to bring you fresh Bachata style from Madrid.
