Brazilian born Gianne Rosa has been dancing and performing for over two decades and yet she is only in her mid 20’s. Only last year she was awarded the title of “Cidadã de Samba de Florianópolis” due recognition as a premier Samba dancer of Brazil.

She has worked with several Brazilian Dance companies as well as internationally through out the Pacific Rim and China. Her experience includes the genres of Modern, Jazz, Classical, Contemporary and has specialized in Afro and Brazilian Primitive Dances

Gianne now calls Australia home. Forming Sambaki her dance company and studio to share her passion for the Brazilian dance and culture!

She really loves what she does and will be holding workshops at Brisbane’s Smooth Latin Groove on Saturday 10th May.
