Dance Lifts Workshop
In this 2 hour session you will learn how to do those impressive show moves: lifts & tricks. With expert instruction you will safely build the fundamentals of those dynamic over head lifts as well as lower tricks you can use in any Latin Dance choreography.
Instructors: Ian & Helen (QLD Salsa Cabaret Champions 2010, top three finish in Australian Salsa Classic 2009-2010-2011 in Salsa Cabaret)
Booking ESSENTIAL - This is a 2 hour workshop! You will need to enrol with a partner to attend this workshop. Please note that a reasonable level of fitess is required. Recommended to Intermediate Level Dancers and above.
NB: Please wear comfortable clothes that don't inhibit movement and cover the skin. No skirts, heels or belts.

Spin Technique Fundamentals
This session won't make you dizzy!! Learn the fundamentals of what makes spins easy & fun.
The focus is on the balance, preparation and execution. Take control of your spins to enhance dance enjoyment!
Recommended for Intermediate and above dancers looking for a fun informative and very practical session.
NB: Please note flat shoes are recommended for this workshop.
