This Workshop is designed to give you the best start to your tango. Using specific tasks and challenges, we will give you the basic techniques and understandings of the tango connection, and the movements you will need to start dancing The Argentine Tango.

The Style Milonguero
Milonguero style is also known as Close Embrace Tango. The Tango originated in Argentina. Due to the popularity of the dance, the close embrace style was developed to enable many dancers to move in small spaces. The couple dance in a hug like position and together they feel the music, the connection, the body movement and the movement on the dance floor to create the Tango. The feeling of working together to create is magic.

Come along and choose from three Fantastic Workshops
Argentinean Tango – This session will introduce you to the first steps of ‘Argentine tango’ which is often regarded as the "authentic" tango. Today is a stylish improvisational dance that appeals to all ages.
Salsa Combinations –Learn new smooth turn partner combinations with each element and connection broken down. This session will add fun to your salsa vocabulary. Recommended Salsa ¾ level and above. This is an intermediate level workshop.
Gafieira Samba – If you have covered basic Samba de Gafieira elements then get set for an exciting travelling combination which will intertwine you and your partner!
